This Fall we are offering classes in Hatha Yoga (Introductory through Advanced levels). Maybe you are more interested in Vinyasa-Style Yoga, Pilates Mat or T'ai Chi. Or is Gentle Restorative Yoga what you are looking for? Click here to find a style that's right for you!

Remember to register your kids for fall yoga weekly classes. Tuesdays Teen Yoga - and Thursdays Kids Yoga!
